1. Delivery Area
Delivery is available only within Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
If you would like your order to be delivered to another country or location, please contact us at info@cozypetshomes.com.
2. Shipping Costs & Free Delivery
Latvia: €2.90
Lithuania & Estonia: €4.50
Free delivery:
Orders over €15 in Latvia
Orders over €25 in Lithuania and Estonia
3. Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered via:
Omniva parcel machines
DPD parcel machines
Courier delivery (depending on order size and weight)
Available delivery options and final shipping costs are shown at checkout.
4. Dispatch & Delivery Time
In house items are typically delivered within 1–3 business days
Pre order items are delivered within 4–7 business days
5. Failed Delivery
a) If delivery fails due to the customer’s fault
(incorrect address or phone number, parcel not collected from the parcel machine, etc.), the customer may choose:
- Re-delivery of the order by covering the additional shipping costs
- A partial refund after the parcel is returned (shipping costs will be deducted from the refund)
b) If delivery fails due to our fault, the customer is entitled to:
- A full refund or
- A replacement shipment at no additional cost
6. Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt
Refunds will be issued to the same bank account used for the original purchase
7. Warranty
Cat trees and orthopaedic beds are covered by a 2 year warranty

For parcel machine deliveries, the shipment may be redirected to the nearest available parcel machine
