1. Delivery Area

2. Shipping Costs & Free Delivery
Latvia: €2.90
Lithuania & Estonia: €3.50
Rest of Europe: €5.90
3. Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered via:
Omniva parcel machines
DPD parcel machines
Courier delivery (depending on order size and weight)
Available delivery options and final shipping costs are shown at checkout.
4. Dispatch & Delivery Time
All items are typically delivered in 3 to 10 working days.
5. Failed Delivery
a) If delivery fails due to the customer’s fault
(incorrect address or phone number, parcel not collected from the parcel machine, etc.), the customer may choose:
- Re-delivery of the order by covering the additional shipping costs
- A partial refund after the parcel is returned (shipping costs will be deducted from the refund)
b) If delivery fails due to our fault, the customer is entitled to:
- A full refund or
- A replacement shipment at no additional cost
6. Returns
14-Day Return Policy: Returns for all products can be made within 14 days of receipt. All cat trees must be unused and returned at the customer's expense.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of both the packaging and the items.
Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.
Refunds will be issued to the same bank account used for the original purchase
7. Warranty
Cat trees and orthopaedic beds are covered by a 2 year warranty

For parcel machine deliveries, the shipment may be redirected to the nearest available parcel machine
The final shipping price is always visible before completing payment
